Sky Sport Italia report Bacary Sagna has agreed to join Serie A’s bottom club Benevento as a free agent.
The former Manchester City and France full-back is currently out of contract and therefore able to sign even after the close of the January transfer window.
According to Sky Sport Italia this evening, Sagna has agreed terms and will join Benevento in their first ever top flight campaign.
He turns 35 later this month and has not played since his Manchester City contract expired in July 2017.
