Reports in Portugal suggest Napoli have agreed a deal for Porto midfielder Héctor Herrera.
The Partenopei have been heavily linked with the Mexican international this summer, but the €25m asking price was proving to be a sticking point.
However, Correio da Manhã now reports that a compromise has been reached between the two clubs, who now have an agreement in principle.
The Vesuviani will reportedly pay €18m for the 26-year-old, with a further €5m in performance related bonuses.

That arrangement represents a good deal for both sides, as Porto get close to their asking price and Napoli will only have to pay the full price if Herrera is a success.
Correio da Manhã expects the deal to be made official in the next few days.
