Croatian reports claim Inter have agreed to sell Mateo Kovacic to Liverpool for €25m (£17.8m).
According to the online version of newspaper Jutarnji, a deal was struck between the two clubs on Friday night.
It’s claimed Liverpool emissaries were present in Split for last night’s Euro 2016 qualifier between Croatia and Italy.
The transfer is believed to be worth €22.6m plus another €2m in performance-related bonuses.
That is £16.36m and £1.44m in add-ons.
