Gazzetta Sportiva report that Ivan Juric’s time as Genoa boss could be over very soon.

The Rossoblu have taken just two points from their opening seven Serie A matches of the season, with only bottom side Benevento below them in the table.

They were beaten once again last night, going down to a 1-0 home loss to Bologna, and will spend the upcoming international break in the relegation zone.

According to the Italian daily, the Griffone hierarchy are seriously considering using the break to replace the Croatian tactician.

Should this come to pass, it would be the second time this calendar year that Genoahave sacked Juric.

Last season, the Marassi club parted company with the Coach after a poor run of results and appointed Andrea Mandorlini.

However, things did not improve under the former Veronaboss and Juric was brought back to lead the Rossoblu to eventual safety.
