Edin Dzeko’s move to Chelsea appears to have collapsed, but his Roma teammate Emerson Palmieri will fly to London tomorrow.

The Blues were looking to do a deal for both players, for around €50m plus another €10m in bonuses.

However, they struggled to convince Dzeko to make the move, given that his family are settled in Italy and they were only offering an 18-month contract.

Now Sky Italia is reporting that the deal is off, and the Bosnian striker will remain with the Giallorossi at least until the end of the season.
