Atletico Madrid have reportedly held talks with Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik, offering to double his money.

Milik has scored 13 goals in just 25 games this season, but his contract expires next year and Napoli will sell him this summer if a renewal cannot be agreed.

Now, AS is reporting the Pole and his agent David Pantek spoke to Atleti sporting director Andrea Berta via conference call on Thursday.

The newspaper adds Diego Simeone’s side proposed a €5m salary, which would have ‘no problems’ convincing the 26-year-old.
