However, the same report notes the two clubs have not yet agreed terms and Lazio President Claudio Lotito is a notoriously tough negotiator.

Keita rarely starts for Lazio and is often played out wide on the right, though his preferred position is on the left.

He scored five goals in 39 competitive games for Lazio this season, but also provided eight assists.

Still only 21, he grew up in the Barcelona youth academy and was sold to Lazio for just €300,000 in 2011.
