Massimo Rastelli is unsure of his future at Cagliari after a 6-2 hammering at the hands of Sassuolo.
Despite leading the Sardinians to a comfortable mid-table finish in their first season back in Serie A, the Rossoblu boss believes his side's performance against the Neroverdi this afternoon was so poor that it may have persuaded the club's board to consider his position.
"Finishing like this gives me regrets. It was one of the worst performances of the season," Rastelli admitted.

"My future? In football things change in one moment. Before this match there was maybe one idea and now maybe there is another.
"I will wait for the decision of the club."
The Sardi were 3-0 down after 15 minutes against Sassuolo, with Rastelli admitting his players had not turned up.
"We never turned up on the pitch and we conceded three in a quarter of an hour.
"Today I expected a different performance and I take, as is right, all the responsibility for the defeat.
"We came into it on the back of a great performance against Empoli. I'm not happy because our end of season has been good until now."
