Ex-Chelsea boss Ranieri met with West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace and sporting director Dan Ashworth.

However, it’s also reported the Baggies have been in talks with Ray Wilkins for the job.

It would be Ranieri’s first experience in the Premier League since he worked at Chelsea from September 2000 to June 2004.

Ranieri has also been heavily linked with the vacant post at Fiorentina” data-scaytid=”19″>Fiorentina in Serie A.
