The Brazilian youngster is seemingly on his way out of Stadio Olimpico this summer, with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain all said to be interested.
As such, the Giallorossi are looking to fill the gap that will potentially be left by the 19-year-old, and have targeted the France international.
Rami has previous experience with Rudi Garcia, having worked together at Lille, and is a relatively inexpensive target priced at around €12m.
