Blaise Matuidi’s agent, Mino Raiola, expects the Juventus target to extend his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Bianconeri were close to signing the French international in the summer, but PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi pulled the plug.

Initially it appeared the midfielder would refuse to sign a new deal, potentially making the move to Turin in the summer of 2017.

However, speaking to Le Parisien, Matuidi’s representative appears to have changed his tune.

“Things are progressing naturally,” Raiola said.
