Vincenzo Italiano will look to Krzysztof Piatek on his return to Spezia in the last game of Serie A matchday 25.

The Poland international scored a brace in Fiorentina‘s 3-2 win over Atalanta in Coppa Italia last week and is expected to start over Arthur Cabral as the Tuscans visit Spezia tonight.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time.

Spezia are without Simone Bastoni and Leo Sena, while Jacopo Sala is favourite to start over Mehdi Bourabia in midfield.

The Aquilotti are unbeaten in the last four Serie A games, the longest unbeaten streak in their history in Italy’s top flight. They won the last home game against Sampdoria and could win two consecutive matches at the Stadio Picco for the second time in history.

Saponara is a former Spezia coach but is unlikely to start as Italiano will likely pick Nico Gonzalez and Riccardo Sottil in his attacking trident. Lucas Torreira and Giacomo Bonaventura are suspended, so Sofian Amrabat will start in centre midfield with Yousseff Maleh or Alfred Duncan.

The Tuscans have won just one of their eight away games, collecting five points. Only Torino have less in the same period.

Probable line-ups: Spezia vs. Fiorentina

Spezia (4-2-3-1): Provedel; Amian, Erlic, Nikolaou, Reca; Kwior, Sala; Gyasi, Maggiore, Verde; Manaj.

Fiorentina (4-3-3): Terracciano; Ordiozola, Milenkovic, Quarta, Biraghi; Castrovilli, Amrabat, Duncan; Gonzalez, Piatek, Sottil.
