Genoa President Enrico Preziosi is especially keen to see Marco Borriello or Ciro Immobile score against Juventus on Sunday.

The businessman believes his club have been especially unlucky when it comes to conceding goals scored by their former players, and would love to see former Juve employees Borriello and Immobile reverse the trend by netting against the Bianconeri this weekend.

“Alas, the law of the ex-player always seems to work against us,” Preziosi is quoted as saying by Calcio News 24.

“I think of the goals scored against us over the years by Marco Di Vaio, and Sergio Floccari. It would not hurt if Borriello or Immobile were to score this time.

“Though to be honest, I hope Bosko Jankovic scores, a player who has been with us for many years and been through a lot.”

Preziosi spoke from the sidelines at the club's training ground, where he made a rare appearance to mark Borriello's return to the Grifone and welcome fellow new boy Damiano Ferronetti.

“I took the opportunity to welcome Ferronetti in person and to meet Borriello, who I have not seen for a long time and am very close to.

“I will probably not be at the stadium on Sunday because I have an important meeting with Chinese customers of the company. Juventus will be tough, muscular, full of tension and competition.”
