The Napoli attacking midfielder endured a tough time earlier in the season after being criticised in some quarters but now appears more settled at San Paolo.
“Prandelli will make the decision,” Antonio Ottaiano told Tuttomercato.web.
“But as far as Lorenzo goes he believes in him and considers him one of the group.
“Lorenzo really wants to go to Brazil and will do everything he can to get there.
“The CT has always shown him respect and does not seem to have had any second thoughts about picking him.
“We are very confident, we don’t see why he shouldn’t have a chance, considering that in his role there are a lot of players.”
