The group currently runs three clubs in three top European Leagues, despite buying Granada in 2009 when they were in the Spanish Third Division.
According to paper Ideal in Spain, Gino Pozzo completed the sale to Chinese group Desports in London yesterday.
It would bring €37m into the Pozzo family coffers and allow them to have the pick of Granada player

It would bring €37m into the Pozzo family coffers and allow them to have the pick of Granada players to move to their other clubs.
Before it can be made official, they must wait for the first payment to be completed in 15 days.
Current Granada President Quique Pina had hoped to make an offer and take over the club himself, but it seems as if the Chinese take-over will go through.
Udinese struggled to stay in Serie A this season, finishing just above the drop zone, prompting Gianpaolo Pozzo to promise “a revolution.”
By cutting their losses on Granada, they can pour more attention and money into the Udinese and Watford projects.
Yesterday Watford appointed Walter Mazzarri to a three-year contract.
