According to Calciomercato.com, Inter are confident of extending Miranda’s deal, having already offered the Brazilian a renewal.

However, the website remembers how the 33-year-old wanted to leave earlier in the year, amidst interest from Porto.

Nerazzurri boss Luciano Spalletti and sporting director Piero Ausilio ultimately convinced Miranda to stay last time around, but he could be swayed by the promise of first-team football and a calmer climate in Portugal.

CM notes the Dragao failed with a bid for the former Atletico Madrid stopper over the summer but remain keen ahead of January, when he can enter pre-contractual agreements.
