Inter winger Matteo Politano reflects on the draw with Torino last night – “these things can’t happen”.

The Nerazzurri were 2-0 up and cruising at San Siro, but they shipped two second half goals to draw 2-2, leaving them with just one point from the first two matches.

“We started well in the first half,” Politano reminded Canale 5.

“We did what the Coach asked of us and we took a two goal lead. Then came the blackout after [Andrea] Belotti’s goal.

“These things can’t happen, we can’t draw a match in which we were doing so well. In the first match against Sassuolo the pitch didn’t help us, in this one we threw everything away in 10 minutes.

“We’re really disappointed, not least for all the people who came to the stadium.”
