There isn’t much time before the Monday evening transfer deadline, but it could be possible to negotiate that gap down and strike a deal sending Politano to Florence.

The two clubs already did business this week, with Cristiano Biraghi moving to Inter in exchange for Henrique Dalbert.

Sky Sport Italia also note that Inter have a replacement already lined up, reinvesting the €35m in Eintracht Frankfurt striker Rebic.

This would represent a double victory for Fiorentina, because when the Viola sold Rebic to Eintracht for €2m in the summer of 2018, they did so with a clause allowing them 30-50 per cent of any future transfer.
