The newspaper writes that when asked why he was in the city, Pogba simply replied: “I love Manchester.”
However, it appears that the midfielder was given an extra day off by the club as he is suspended for Friday’s match with Lazio.
He took the opportunity to travel to the city to meet his brother Matias, who currently plays in Scotland for Partick Thistle, and other friends.
