The tactician yesterday rubbished the Biancocelesti link, even before Edy Reja announced that he was leaving the capital club.

“I’ve read the reports, but I’ve had no contact with them or any other clubs,” the 46-year-old told Tele Radio Stereo.

“I can exclude the possibility that I will be leaving Bologna. My staff and I want to give a bit of consistency to the work we have done this year.

“It’s normal that there are rumours, but I am happy at Bologna who have put me in the best situation to work.

“In the next few days I will meet with the club directors to extend my contract.”

The former Juventus” data-scaytid=”7″>Juventus player, hired and then sacked by Palermo in pre-season, is currently tied to the Stadio Dall’Ara outfit until June 2014.
