Pescara’s Serie A match against Sassuolo on Sunday is at risk after the area was struck by floods and more earthquakes.

The Stadio Adriatico will be inspected tomorrow by the local authorities, although the roads leading to the arena are also a major cause for concern.

Over the last 48 hours the Abruzzo area has been hit by several different issues.

There were flash floods during the week, then heavy snowfall and this morning three earthquakes over 5.3 on the Richter Scale.
