“We know that Fiorentina play good football and it’ll be a real battle on their own turf, but it’s fundamental for us to get a positive result here and score an away goal,” the midfielder told Rai Sport.
“We’ll try to do our best, seeing as the second leg won’t be for two months and anything can happen in that period.
“Our last two matches have been defeats, so we want to get back on track. Football is wonderful because it gives you these opportunities to make up for an error straight away.”
