Parma have reportedly agreed terms with former Newcastle United and Panathinaikos midfielder Medhi Abeid, who is a free agent.
The 26-year-old’s contract with Dijon expired this month and Sportitalia claim he has secured a new deal with Parma.
He is an Algeria international, born and raised in France, with 11 senior caps and one goal to his name.
Abeid had been at Dijon since the summer of 2016, with previous clubs including Lens and St Johnstone.
