Roma President James Pallotta admits he finds it “incredibly funny and strange” that Walter Sabatini and Luciano Spalletti have reunited at Inter.
Speaking to Corriere dello Sport for its Monday edition, Pallotta explained how Sabatini was against Spalletti’s return to Roma last year when he was still the club’s sporting director.
“Sabatini? I’m sorry that our relationship broke down, but we had differences about how our work was conducted,” confessed the American.

“But I find it incredibly funny and strange that I was the one who pushed for Spalletti’s appointment and he was on the contrary, yet now they’re together at Inter. It’s beautiful…”
