LaLazioSiamoNoi contacted one of the player’s representatives, who confirms that the capital club are the only interested party.
“I’m only authorised to deal with Turkish and Russian teams,” Malik Arutiunov explained.
“But as far as I know only Lazio are interested. A loan? I don’t know, it depends on Dnipro.”
It’s thought the Aquile are prepared to offer a six-month loan, with an obligation to make the move permanent in the summer for €5.5m.
However, LaLazioSiamoNoi believes the Ukrainian club are not willing to loan the player out, and are asking for a fee of €7m.
