Juventus will officially announce the signing of Angelo Ogbonna from city rivals Torino on Monday, claims La Stampa.

The Turin outfits have been in talks for the centre-back in recent times and a deal could be finally concluded at the start of next week.

Toro are set to net cash and the co-ownership of Ciro Immobile, a striker who spent last season at Genoa, in return for the 25-year-old defender.

Ogbonna grew up in the Toro youth ranks and has been with the club for all of his career apart from a season’s loan at Crotone in 2007-08.

The Italian international, who didn’t make the Confederations Cup squad this summer, will sign a five-year contract.

He will earn €1.8m a season after tax, plus bonuses.

Ogbonna will be the club’s third major signing ahead of 2013-14 after Juve secured deals for Athletic Bilbao’s Fernando Llorente and Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez.
