Hellas Verona have officially announced the extension of Davide Faraoni’s deal at the Bentegodi until June 2024.

The 29-year-old arrived from Crotone in January 2019, initially on loan for six months, before signing a permanent deal in July 2019.

His previous deal expired in June 2022 and the right-back has officially extended and committed to Ivan Juric’s side for the next four seasons.

“Hellas Verona FC are pleased to announce the extension of Marco Davide Faraoni’s contract until June 30, 2024,” a statement from the club read.

“The 29-year-odl right-back, who is playing his third consecutive season in Gialloblu, has been employed with great consistency, contributing significantly both to the return in Serie A and last season.”

Faraoni has been ever-present in the side’s first five League games, contributing one assist in the process.
