The Italy international has struggled for goals in England and was suspended by Mauricio Pochettino’s men two weeks ago following an altercation with teammate Jose Fonte.
As such, it has been confirmed Southampton have allowed Osvaldo to join the Bianconeri until June.
Antonio Conte’s men have the option to buy him outright in the summer for €19m.
