Cagliari signed Macedonian winger Agim Ibraimi, Sassuolo got Gianluca Pegolo and Torino snapped up Tommaso Berni.

Cagliari signed Macedonian winger Agim Ibraimi, Sassuolo got Gianluca Pegolo and Torino snapped up Tommaso Berni.

Several more transfer deadline day deals have gone through in Serie A tonight.

Ibraimi is a 25-year-old Macedonia international left-winger who completed his transfer from NK Maribor to Cagliari today.

“As of now I am officially a Cagliari Calcio player! I am happy!” he wrote on Twitter.

Sassuolo took goalkeeper Pegolo from Serie B side Siena, while Torino signed former Sampdoria and Lazio shot-stopper Berni as a free agent.

Siena sent midfielder Mattia Rubin to Hellas Verona.

In the final minutes of the transfer session, Genoa are in advanced talks with Lazio for goalkeeper Albano Bizzarri.
