Napoli have announced that sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will stay with the club for another five years.
Napoli tweeted on Tuesday afternoon that Giuntoli had extended his contract until 2024.
President Aurelio De Laurentiis said: “We’re very happy with his work and we’re sure that the club and team will be able to grow further.”
The 47-year-old joined the Partenopei from Carpi in the summer of 2015 and has gone on to bring in the likes of Allan, Elseid Hysaj, Arkadiusz Milik and Fabian Ruiz over the years.
