Palermo have confirmed the signing of Montpellier defender Abdelhamid El Kaoutari on a four-year deal.
It was reported yesterday that the €2m transfer was in its final stages, and the Rosanero confirmed a deal has been struck on their official website.
“Palermo officially announce the signing of Abdelhamid El Kaoutari from Montpellier,” a statement began.
“The Moroccan defender, born in 1990, joins the Rosanero outright, and has signed a four-year contract with the club.
