“Cagliari Calcio announce Coach Davide Ballardini has been removed from his post along with his staff, Carlo Regno, Stefano Melandri, Nico Facciolo and Andrea Rinaldi,” read a statement.
Although it is not yet confirmed who will replace Ballardini, it’s widely reported Cagliari will recall Ficcadenti.
The Sardinians also sacked Roberto Donadoni during pre-season training in August.
