Bologna have officially extended their contract with director of sport Riccardo Bigon to June 2019.
The deal had been due to expire this summer, but a decision to sign on for another year had been in the air.
Along with Bigon, Bologna also gave new contracts to his staff Maurizio Micheli, Leonardo Mantovani and Marco Zunino.
Bigon was director of sport at Napoli from 2009 to 2015, then had a brief spell at Hellas Verona before moving to Bologna in June 2016.
