It was hoped Giuseppe Vegas could be agreed upon by the clubs, but after a meeting today there has still been no breakthrough.
Torino owner Urbano Cairo confirmed as he left the meeting that no new President had been elected, with a new meeting set for December 7.

In that meeting, all that will be needed is a simple majority of 11 of the 20 clubs, rather than the 15 at today’s summit.
If the clubs cannot agree on a new President, they risk having a commissioner installed by the FIGC.
