Genoa insist that Napoli have made no move regarding a possible summer bid for Ciro Immobile.

The striker continues to be linked with a future at his home-town club, but the Rossoblu have today dismissed the speculation.

“There is nothing in the reports right now,” Genoa sporting director Rino Foschi told Radio Goal on Friday afternoon.

Genoa insist that Napoli have made no move regarding a possible summer bid for Ciro Immobile.

The striker continues to be linked with a future at his home-town club, but the Rossoblu have today dismissed the speculation.

“There is nothing in the reports right now,” Genoa sporting director Rino Foschi told Radio Goal on Friday afternoon.

“These stories are just suggestions that are being made because Ciro is Neapolitan and he’d be happy to return home.

“However, if a club wants him then they need to not only talk to us, but Juventus” data-scaytid=”7″>Juventus too seeing as they own the other half of his contract.”

The 22-year-old, 28 goals in Serie B for Pescara last season, has netted five in 22 matches so far for the Rossoblu this term.
