Today, SuperMario was spotted at Marseille’s training ground for final negotiations and a medical, where he is expected to sign a two-year deal making him their highest-paid player of all time.
However, Nice-Matin and RMC both claim Nice are furious at Balotelli for failing to attend pre-season training and going to Marseille without their permission.
They could therefore go beyond merely fining the Italy international and could try to block the transfer.
