The new Azzurri Coach will be decided by May 21 and will be Sampdoria's Vincenzo Montella, Albania's Gianni De Biasi, or Torino's Giampiero Ventura.

These are difficult times for FIGC President Carlo Tavecchio, who must find a replacement for Antonio Conte on the Italy bench.

The top Italian Coaches are all engaged with their clubs and impossible to move, so the Gazzetta dello Sport argues that the choice falls on only three possible names.

Montella is at the end of his relationship with Sampdoria, to the point that President Massimo Ferrero would be happy to let him go and replace him with Giuseppe Iachini, Rolando Maran or Marco Giampaolo.

The Aeroplanino is young and plays an attractive attacking football, but his strained relationship with two Serie A clubs (Samp and Fiorentina) don't bode well for an international Coach.

De Biasi has no special bindings with Albania and should be able to join the national team without drama. Though he never Coached a top club, his record with international minnows Albania is impressive, as he managed to take them to Euro 2016 very smoothly.

Ventura is a personal favourite of Tavecchio and already replaced Conte once at Bari, with solid results. He is used to working with youngsters, but he has never Coached a top club.

The new Coach will be announced after the Coppa Italia final on May 21, before the beginning of Euro 2016.
