Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero isn’t ruling out a return to the club for Antonio Cassano, and reveals Stefano Okaka’s asking price.

Cassano played for Sampdoria between 2007 and 2011, striking up a parternship with Giampaolo Pazzini which saw the Bari-born striker net 35 goals in 98 games for the Blucerchiati.

The financial struggles of Cassano’s current club Parma have led to speculation that the former Roma striker could return to Marassi and Ferrero has refused to rule out such a move.

“Could Cassano come back to Sampdoria?,” Ferrero considered in an interview with Tiki Taka.

“I say that same as I say with every player, it's the same with Cassano: Never say never.”

The Samp patron also spoke to Tiki Taka about Stefano Okaka, who has been linked with a move to Milan, and revealed it would be an expensive operation to prise the newly-capped Italian international from Marassi.

“Unless you give me 20 million dollars (€16m), he [Okaka] is mine, and woe betide anyone who tries to take him from me.”
