Reports from Florence state Nastasic left the Viola training session very early this afternoon and told fans waiting outside that he was indeed going to sign the contracts with Manchester City.
Fiorentina signed the stopper in 2011 from Partizan Belgrade for just under €3m and his contract in Tuscany ran until 2014.
Meanwhile, Juan Manuel Vargas was not in training with the Fiorentina squad and is on the verge of joining Genoa.
