Napoli are without Kalidou Koulibaly and Nikola Maksimovic for their Europa League last-16 second leg against Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday.
Koulibaly and Maksimovic are suspended after picking up yellow cards during Napoli’s 3-0 win in the first leg last week.
They join fellow defender Raul Albiol out of the squad, the Spaniard unlikely to return before the end of the season with a knee injury.
