Napoli are looking to Benfica star Victor Lindelof after Torino slammed the door on outcast Nikola Maksimovic.

It seems the Serbian defender’s decision to go AWOL from training has proved counter-productive, as Toro are now refusing to sell Maksimovic to his preferred destination Napoli, even for €25m.

According to Calciomercato.it, Maurizio Sarri’s men are turning their focus towards another target.

He is Sweden international Lindelof, who has a €30m release clause.
