Napoli are set to discuss the potential January sale of Manolo Gabbiadini, after his sending off against Crotone at the weekend.

The 24-year-old received a red card for a reactionary foul in Napoli’s 2-1 victory over Crotone at the weekend, which could push him further towards the exit door.

The Partenopei reportedly refused an offer of €30m for the forward, in the summer but could still be willing to sell despite the fact that Gabbiadini is under contract until 2021. Everton are one of the clubs that reportedly showing an interest, and may be prepared to renew their offer in January.
