Napoli are reportedly still trying to thrash out a deal for Genoa striker Christian Kouame.
Genoa seemed to confirm Kouame was heading to Napoli on Monday, but Sky Sport Italia claims a meeting between the two clubs in Rome ‘didn’t lead to a definitive agreement’.
Nonetheless, the broadcaster maintains the Partenopei remain in pole position for the 21-year-old and that there will be developments ‘in the coming days’ with regards to his €20m switch.
