Club Brugge Coach Michel Preud’homme insists Napoli rotation “won’t bring down their level of quality”.

The Partenopei have already secured first place in Europa League Group D, so are expected to rotate heavily ahead of the game against Inter on Monday.

“They can rest a number of players, but it won’t bring down their level of quality,” Preud’homme insisted in his pre-match Press conference.

“They can rest a number of players, but it won’t bring down their level of quality,” Preud’homme insisted in his pre-match Press conference.

“We have to focused on the players who will be there, not who won’t. Beating Napoli would be an achievement.

“We’ve improved since we played at San Paolo [a 5-0 defeat].”

The match will be played in an empty stadium due to security concerns, and Preud’homme admits that could negatively affect his side.

“I’ve never played at home in an empty stadium, and I’m going to have to prepare the players mentally for this situation.

“We know the strength our fans can give us, but we’re going to have to rely on ourselves.

“I understand the disappointment of the fans, but we have to accept the decision.”
