Napoli have announced Amir Rrahmani has tested positive for coronavirus after his return from international duty with Kosovo.
The Kosovo international had suffered an injury in the 1-0 win against Moldova on Wednesday and CT Muharrem Sahiti feared it could be a serious blow for the former Hellas Verona defender.
Napoli have now confirmed the defender has contracted COVID-19 on his travels and has been placed in home isolation.

“Following the swab carried out this morning, upon returning from his national team, Amir Rrahmani has tested positive for COVID-19,” Napoli wrote in a statement.
“The player, who hasn’t been in contact with the team group, will observe a period of home isolation.”
Napoli face Milan on Sunday night, when the League leaders arrive at the San Paolo.
