Napoli have asked Villarreal for information on Denis Suarez, with a view to signing him in the summer.
The striker scored the winning goal in the Europa League tie that gave the Liga team a 1-0 victory over the Partenopei.
He is currently on loan from Barcelona, but Tuttosport reports that Napoli are interested in the player and have asked for information on his availability.

Apparently the interest is reciprocal, as his agent is reported to have spoken well about the Italian club.
“After the match we dined together to celebrate, and he told me he was impressed by the strength of the Azzurri,” said his agent, as reported by Tuttosport.
“They really are an excellent team and Denis knows that at the San Paolo it's going to be difficult to get a good result.”
