“Either he leaves or he stays with an absolute decision. It’s good for the group to trust him and be in harmony, but he also needs to be convinced about staying.
“He’s a great goalkeeper, and no-one can say he’s not at Napoli’s level without seeing him play.
“I’d like, for once, Napoli to give him their absolute confidence in a professional sense, with a gratification which isn’t about playing time or money.
“I’d love them to say ‘Luigi, after Reina it’s you’. There’s no signal though, and I’m sorry because I think Gigi is a very strong goalkeeper and he’s attached to this club.”
