According to Belgian site hbvl.be, Koulibaly is expected in Italy today in order to undergo a preliminary medical with Napoli doctors.
A France Under-20 international who is also eligible to play for Senegal, Koulibaly scored two goals in 27 Jupiler Pro League games this season.
