According to the Corriere dello Sport, Rafa has targeted several Premier League players for his defence and midfield.
Fellaini is a fan favourite at Everton and would cost around £24m to tempt him away, but there is hope.
On Friday TMW reported that Fellaini’s agent rang Juventus” data-scaytid=”38″>Juventus and offered himself to the club, only to be told he did not fit their transfer profile.
If the 25-year-old Belgian international still has his heart set on Serie A and the Champions League, then Napoli would be a good option.
Other targets for Napoli in the Premier League include Liverpool’s Martin Skrtel and Jan Vertonghen of Tottenham.
