Napoli are fans of Torino talent Samuele Ricci and are considering competing with Lazio for the midfielder’s signature, reports suggest.

The Partenopei, under the guidance of new coach Rudi Garcia, are looking for midfield reinforcements following the departure of Tanguy Ndombele and possible sale of Piotr Zielinski.

One of Napoli’s favourites in the market is Sassuolo’s Maxime Lopez, but the Frenchman is not the only player in the club’s sights.

As reported by TMW, Napoli’s management have identified Ricci as a strong option to bolster their midfield this summer, believing he’d be a perfect fit for Garcia’s 4-3-3 system.

Lazio are also reportedly interested in picking up the midfielder, who is contracted to Torino until June 2026.

The 21-year-old Italian made a definitive move to the Granata last summer following a successful six-month spell in loan in Piedmont.

Ricci shined this season under Ivan Juric, scoring two goals and providing one assist in 28 Serie A appearances for Torino.
